Associate Director, Investments

We are seeking experienced candidates with strong investment and strategic skills, particularly in impact investing. ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Associate Director to join our investment team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the impact investing landscape, with experience in deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management. S/he will be responsible for identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities, working closely with our investment team to develop and implement investment strategies, and providing thought leadership on impact investing trends and best practices. REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES The ideal candidate will have: • A minimum of 8 years of experience in impact investing or a related field; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders; • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously; • A deep understanding of the impact investing landscape, including trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
