Now, as we accelerate our global expansion and deepen our roots in key markets, we are seeking a talented Associate Director to lead our Global Real Estate Strategic Advisory, Feasibility & Valuation practice. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong track record of delivering high-quality advisory services to clients across the globe. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and executing strategic plans for clients' real estate portfolios, leveraging expertise in feasibility studies, valuations, and investment analysis. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations. • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams. • Identifying opportunities for growth and innovation within the practice, and developing strategies to capitalize on these opportunities. • Mentoring and guiding junior team members to ensure their professional development and success. Requirements: • Master's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. • At least 8 years of experience in real estate advisory services, with a focus on feasibility studies, valuations, and investment analysis. • Strong understanding of global real estate markets, trends, and regulations. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications: • Professional certification in Real Estate (e.g., CCIM, CPM) or a related field. • Experience working with international clients or in an international setting. • Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools for real estate analysis and valuation.
