What we’re looking for The Associate Director, Finance is a senior executive leader at Smartly, driving the financial clarity, strategic foresight, and commercial discipline needed to power the company’s next phase of transformative growth. As a trusted partner to the CEO and executive team, this role is pivotal in enabling confident decisions, smart investments, and enduring value creation through both expert financial stewardship and influential cross-functional collaboration. You’ll own the financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring the company’s financial performance is transparent, accurate, and actionable. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and the board of directors. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, trends, and regulations, as well as exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills. You will be expected to think strategically, make informed decisions, and drive results-oriented initiatives that align with the company’s overall vision and goals. In addition, you will be responsible for managing and developing a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and improvement.
