What you will achieve:

As an Associate Director Digital Media in the Digital department, you will lead a team of Digital Media Planners and Digital Campaign Managers and, together with them, develop innovative campaigns for renowned clients. You will take on both strategic responsibility and the professional and organizational leadership of your team.

• Strategy: You are responsible for the strategic development and quality assurance of media strategies and plans for digital media (including Display, Video, Mobile, Social, Search).
• Campaigns: You are responsible for the management and optimization of campaign management, considering efficient processes and high-quality standards.
• Team Leadership: You lead professionally and organizationally and take care of the further development of your team.
• Projects: You are responsible for coordinating complex digital projects in close cooperation with client teams, creative agencies, marketers, and internal specialist departments.
• Market Screening: You continuously monitor the market and derive new potentials for growth and innovation.
• Stakeholders: You take responsibility for the results of reports, analyses, and presentations for internal stakeholders.

What makes you stand out:

• Work Experience: You have several years of professional experience in digital media planning, consulting, or campaign management, ideally with initial leadership experience.
• Qualification: You have a completed degree in Business, Communication, or Media Studies, or a comparable qualification in the media or advertising industry.
• Tools: You have in-depth knowledge of common planning tools and digital channels.
• Analytical Skills: You have strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
• Persuasiveness: You convince with strong customer orientation, assertiveness, and a confident demeanor.
• Language Skills: Your German and English language skills are fluent.
