We are looking for an Associate Director to join our Value Creation & Deals team within our Data Analytics offering. As an Associate Director in Value Creation & Deals, you will be responsible for leading and delivering data-driven solutions and insights to support our clients in various transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, and restructuring situations. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage data analytics engagements, from scoping and planning to execution and delivery. * Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and identify opportunities to leverage data analytics to improve performance and create value. * Develop and implement data-driven solutions, including data modelling, statistical analysis, and data visualization. * Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional client service. * Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support. * Contribute to the development of new service offerings and thought leadership. * Support business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations. * Collaborate with other Interpath teams to deliver integrated solutions. Skills and Experience: * Proven experience in data analytics, with a focus on value creation and deals. * Strong understanding of financial modelling and valuation techniques. * Experience with data wrangling, data analysis, and data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI). * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong project management and leadership skills. * Experience in a consulting or advisory role is preferred. * Relevant qualifications (e.g., degree in a quantitative field, professional certifications).
