What you will achieve:

As an Associate Director Business Management - Media Investment (People), you will be responsible for client management in investment matters.

• Client Budget Monitoring: You will take responsibility for monitoring client budgets.
• Strategic Collaboration: Close collaboration with planning and consulting on strategic and tactical issues characterizes your work.
• Forecast Management: Forecast tracking and validation are also part of your area of responsibility.
• Profitability Tracking: Responsibility for tracking client profitability lies with you.
• Contract Management: The management of contracts (Media KPIs) in collaboration with client teams and specialist departments is in your hands.
• Team Development: Your tasks also include the training and further education of planning teams in business and investment topics.

What makes you stand out:

• Professional Experience: You bring several years of professional experience in media planning, consulting, or investment management, whether from an agency, consulting, or client side.
• Analytical Skills: Your strong analytical understanding and enthusiasm for numbers and data set you apart.
• Presentation Skills: You can prepare complex correlations in a target-group-oriented manner and present them convincingly.
• Assertiveness: You have already successfully proven your assertiveness and skillful negotiation skills.
• Work Style: Team-oriented work, quick comprehension, strong communication skills, organizational talent, and flexibility are a matter of course for you.
• Language and Software Skills: Very good knowledge of German, English, Excel, and PowerPoint complete your profile.
