Job Summary Servicing primarily walk-in customers to fulfil the specific transactional requirements of the customer through high quality customer service while increasing product penetration through cross sell and achieving allocated portfolio and revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Maximize sales performance by identifying opportunities to increase revenue and profitability, and implementing strategies to achieve these goals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with affluent clients to drive business growth and retention. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. Achieve allocated portfolio and revenue targets through effective cross-selling and upselling of products and services. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the bank's products and services to provide expert advice to clients. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
