Associate Digital Editor (Condé Nast Traveller)

Position Summary & Scope To work closely with the Digital Editor to shape the voice of Condé Nast Traveller India and execute an effective content strategy for India’s most respected and influential travel media brand. Working with stakeholders across functions and geographies to produce top-class content that is in line with the global brand strategy and KPIs. Areas of Responsibility (Key Result Areas) The Role To assist the Digital Editor in content strategy, daily operations and content production, ensuring seamless integration with the editorial calendar. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Digital Editor in developing a comprehensive content plan for Condé Nast Traveller India, aligned to the global brand strategy and KPIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality content that meets the brand’s standards. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of content across all platforms. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including writers, photographers, and influencers. Assist in managing the editorial calendar, ensuring a smooth workflow and meeting deadlines. Monitor and report on content performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Areas of Focus: Content Strategy & Planning, Editorial Operations, Relationship Building, Project Management, Data Analysis. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications or related field. 2+ years of experience in digital content creation, preferably in the travel industry. Strong understanding of digital media platforms, including social media and online publishing. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and Adobe Creative Cloud. Certification in Digital Content Creation or related field is an added advantage.
