As an Associate Dentist with Benevis, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and making a positive impact on your community. Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality dental care to patients in our offices and through outreach programs. • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans and provide comprehensive care. • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction and clinical excellence. • Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and community members to promote trust and understanding. • Stay current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training. Requirements: • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental program. • Current licensure to practice dentistry in the state where the office is located. • Completion of a pediatric dentistry residency program or equivalent experience. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently. • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and promoting positive outcomes.
