About the Role The Associate Dean of Management will be the visionary leader of UIM, responsible for overseeing the MBA, BBA, and PhD programs, ensuring they align with Karnavati University’s mission. Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Branding Develop and execute a 5-year strategy to drive academic excellence, industry integration, and global recognition. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including faculty, students, alumni, and industry partners. Ensure the development of innovative curricula that meet the needs of the industry. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote UIM’s programs and services. Program Development & Management Oversee the development and implementation of MBA, BBA, and PhD programs, ensuring they align with Karnavati University’s mission. Collaborate with faculty members to develop and deliver high-quality curricula that meet the needs of students and industry partners. Ensure the effective management of program resources, including budgeting, scheduling, and personnel management. Faculty Development & Support Provide leadership and guidance to faculty members in developing their skills and expertise. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning among faculty members. Develop and implement programs to support faculty development, including training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. Student Engagement & Support Develop and implement strategies to engage students in academic and extracurricular activities. Provide leadership and guidance to student organizations and clubs. Ensure the effective management of student services, including counseling, career guidance, and placement assistance. Industry Integration & Partnerships Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners to ensure the development of innovative curricula that meet the needs of the industry. Collaborate with industry partners to develop and implement internship programs, research projects, and other collaborative initiatives. Ensure the effective management of industry partnerships, including budgeting, scheduling, and personnel management. Reporting & Evaluation Develop and implement reporting and evaluation systems to measure program effectiveness and student outcomes. Provide regular reports to Karnavati University’s leadership team on program performance, student engagement, and industry integration.
