Brief of the Role The Associate Dean - School of Business will be responsible for driving academic excellence, curriculum planning and execution, faculty development, and ensuring seamless integration with the school's strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement innovative curricula that align with industry needs and trends. • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth among faculty members. • Collaborate with the Dean to develop and implement policies and procedures for academic programs. • Provide mentorship and guidance to faculty members in their teaching, research, and service activities. • Develop and manage budgets for academic programs and initiatives. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards. • Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, alumni, and other stakeholders. • Represent the School of Business at internal and external events, meetings, and conferences. • Provide strategic guidance to the Dean on matters related to academic programs and faculty development. Requirements: • Master's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Education, or related fields). • Minimum 5 years of experience in academia, industry, or a combination of both. • Proven track record of academic leadership, teaching, research, and service. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including faculty members, students, and industry partners. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements in higher education.
