Associate | Deals | Integration & Separation

As an associate of Integration and Separation at KPMG Deals, you will work on both due diligences (buy-side and sell-side) as well as separation blueprints, integration and separation plans, Day-1 readiness preparations, first 100 days support, TSA- and synergy monitoring. You have a coordinating role in various project components and an important role in guiding junior consultants. You are involved in team and department transcending projects. Timeliness and high quality of deliverables worked on with the team is crucial. Your communication is clear to both external stakeholders and within KPMG

To successfully integrate, the momentum of the deal must be utilized but at the same time all relevant aspects must be kept in mind, such as governance, legislation, shareholder councils, operational and IT implications, and, not to forget, attention areas personnel and change management. The work on separation planning and execution is focused on securing sustainable value for both the remaining organization and the divested organization(s).
