Associate Data Engineer

Unison Group is looking for an Associate Data Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of data pipelines and data management solutions that support our analytics and reporting needs. You will work closely with senior data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to build robust data infrastructure and ensure data integrity across various systems. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and optimization of data pipelines using Python or other programming languages; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data management solutions that meet business requirements; Work with senior data engineers to develop and maintain data quality control processes; Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of existing data engineering practices; Develop and maintain documentation for data engineering projects; Assist in the development of data visualizations and reports using tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field; 1-2 years of experience in data engineering or a related field; Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes; Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI; Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
