Position: Associate – Corporate Secretarial Location: Bangalore Firm: GAA Consulting About GAA: GAA Consulting is a growing boutique corporate advisory and governance practice working with founders, growth-stage businesses, and structured entities. Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing high-quality corporate secretarial services to our clients, including but not limited to: preparing and filing documents, maintaining records, conducting research, and performing other tasks as required. Key Responsibilities: • Providing exceptional client service by responding promptly to inquiries, addressing concerns, and delivering timely results. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of company meetings, resolutions, and minutes. • Conducting research and analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations to clients. • Preparing and filing documents with regulatory authorities, such as the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). • Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services. • Staying up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry best practices. • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field. • 1-2 years of experience in corporate secretarial services or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • Familiarity with corporate governance practices and regulations.
