Asia Operations provide operational capabilities to Azqore’s client banks, allowing them to focus on executing their strategy, while reducing operational cost and improving operational risk management. As an Associate Corporate Actions Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the team in processing corporate actions, such as dividend payments, mergers and acquisitions, and other events that affect our clients’ securities holdings. Your tasks will include: • Processing of corporate actions notifications; • Verification of client data and securities holdings; • Maintenance of accurate records and databases; • Collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of corporate actions; • Identification and resolution of potential issues related to corporate actions processing.
