Associate Controller (m/w/d)

As Associate Controller (m/w/d), you will support operations controlling for business units of our customer in close cooperation with the financial management and operational units.

Tasks

• Conducting analytical evaluations of operational business and identifying optimization potential
• Developing proactive recommendations based on your analyses
• Participation in business planning together with senior controlling managers
• BUILDING AND DEVELOPING KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS, DASHBOARDS, AND REPORTS
• CLOSE COOPERATION WITH DEPARTMENTAL CONTROLLERS AND THE CENTRAL CONTROLLING TEAM
• Step-by-step development into the role of a participating controller
• SUPPORT FOR FURTHER GROWTH OF THE ENTERPRISE GROUP

Qualification

• Completed commercial education or studies with an economic focus (ideally controlling, finance, or accounting)
• First-hand experience in controlling or data analysis is advantageous but not a must-have
• Developed understanding of numbers and enjoyment of analytical tasks
• IT affinity: rapid familiarization with tools and efficient use of digital applications
• Solution-oriented, agile mindset – you shape, rather than manage
• Good sense in dealing with different personalities and building trusting relationships
• Fluent German and English skills in writing and speaking
