Associate Civil Engineer

• Land development focus: 100-1,000 lot subdivisions
• Direct 2IC to the Director with shares planned

You’ve been carrying large subdivision packages, guiding younger engineers, solving on-site issues and managing clients, yet the true career step you want isn’t about more project volume. It’s influence, trust, and a future you can shape.
