Associate Civil Engineer
This role gives you exactly that. A long-established consultancy with a loyal developer base is ready to shift responsibility from the Director to the next 2IC. Someone who can run projects end-to-end and help steer the business into its next chapter. This is a permanent full-time position
and requires Australian citizenship or residency.
- Land development focus: 100-1,000 lot subdivisions
- Direct 2IC to the Director with shares planned
- Salary to around $190k package with WFH options
- Northern subs with long-term ownership pathway

- Oversight of 100–1,000 lot subdivision projects from concept to construction
- A close working partnership with the Director as responsibilities transition to you
- Influence across design quality, workflow standards, project strategy and client handling
