Associate

Cincinnatus Capital, an independent investment bank, is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team. We specialize in mergers and acquisitions, funding readiness, and capital & debt advisory projects, with selective co-investments in familiar companies.

As an Associate, you will:

• Collaborate with senior bankers on live M&A and financing transactions from day one.
• Develop financial models and draft materials for client meetings.
• Engage directly with clients, providing clear and concise communication.

We are looking for candidates with:

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or transaction services.
• Technical proficiency in valuations, modeling, and presentations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Initiative, independence, and a sense of ownership.
