Your Position

• Eigenverantwortliche Leitung von Projekten im Bereich Produkteinführung und Market Entry – from conception to go-live
• Koordination cross-funktionaler Teams (Produkt, Tech, Marketing, Sales, Operations) to ensure timelines and deliverables
• You build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and make sure everyone is working towards common goals
• Support in planning and implementing strategic projects from the CEO-Office
• Building and maintaining project structures, roadmaps, and reportings for management
• Identification and proactive handling of risks and dependencies in ongoing projects

Your Profile

• 2+ years of professional experience in project leadership, ideally with reference to product management, product introductions or corporate development
• Numerical evidence of experience in steering complex, cross-functional projects
• Structured, self-reliant working style with high quality standards
• Outstanding communication skills – written and spoken – in German and English (C-Level)
• High willingness to learn and comfort in a dynamic, rapidly growing environment, ideally experience in direct work with founders or in a startup/scale-up environment
• Ideal location is Berlin. Alternatively, Hamburg as a location for us is also well imaginable.
