Job description
About the role
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a financial services lawyer to join their high performing team. They are seeking a lawyer who brings more than just technical expertise—they want someone who aligns with their values, enjoys building strong relationships, and is eager to grow alongside a team led by a talented Partner.
In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality, commercially focused legal advice to our clients. From the outset, you'll work directly with partners and clients across a wide array of financial services matters, including regulatory compliance, licensing, managed funds, insurance, financial advisory services, and capital markets. You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with our banking and corporate teams, expanding your expertise in financial transactions.
You will enjoy working in a collaborative, open environment where teamwork and personal development are at the forefront. You'll have close access to senior partners and be part of a firm that values open communication and mentoring. You will receive quality training, great variety and the opportunity to build high functioning client relationships, while you will also enjoy working in a firm that is repeatedly recognised as an Employer of Choice.
This role is based in Auckland CBD with Flexibility to WFH.
About you
Our client is an award-winning national law firm with a difference. They have an exceptional workplace culture, high quality work and an innovative fresh approach to legal practice that ensures the success of its clients and its people. This is your opportunity to be part of the bright future they are creating. Whatever your future career plans may be, this firm will ensure you develop the skills required to maximise your potential.
