- Learn to negotiate and close deals
- Respond to buyer enquiries and manage pipeline
- Prepare for and attend appraisals
- Attend opens, private viewings, and auctions
- Generate vendor reports and deliver campaign updates

Experience required:
- Class 2 real estate license
- NSW drivers license and reliable car
- Prior real estate sales or buyer management experience
- Flexibility to work Saturdays
- Sharp communication skills
- $75,000 + commissions OTE $100k
- Access to coaching and on the ground training
- Number 1 ranked agent with high sales volume
- Full weekday off for Saturday worked
- Growing business with room to progress
