Associate Academic Head (International Baccalaureate)

The Associate Academic Head supports the Senior Academic Head in driving academic excellence, consistency, and innovation across schools. The role partners closely with school leadership teams to strengthen teaching and learning, ensure alignment to academic standards, and implement system-wide academic priorities. This is a strategic, system-level role focused on building leadership capacity, enhancing instructional quality, and supporting key initiatives such as professional development, leading the design and implementation of curriculum frameworks, facilitating collaboration among schools, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Associate Academic Head will also provide guidance and support to school leaders in developing and implementing academic plans, monitoring student progress, and analyzing data to inform instruction. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
