Associate Manager Compensation

Job Description Reporting into the Manager Compensation, the Associate Manager, Compensation is an integral part of Mattel’s Global Compensation Team, acting as a strategic partner and subject matter expert across various compensation disciplines. The Associate Manager, Compensation will be responsible for developing, managing, and implementing compensation programs that support Mattel’s global pay philosophy and business strategy. The Associate Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to P&C and other stakeholders, providing guidance on compensation-related matters. This role will also involve collaborating with the Global Compensation Team to develop and maintain compensation policies, procedures, and guidelines. Additionally, the Associate Manager, Compensation will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting compensation data, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and making recommendations to enhance Mattel’s overall compensation strategy. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of compensation principles and practices.
