VEHICLE MONITORING SUPPORT ASSISTANT

Job Description: In the role of Vehicle Monitoring Support Assistant, you will work in the SO/OPM-RSA1-BR team, with the mission to support clients, resolve tickets, and analyze complaints. Main responsibilities: Vehicle Monitoring Support: Receive and manage customer calls from rental companies and manufacturers, offering complete support for issues such as electrical failures or other vehicle occurrences. Personalized and Humanized Support: Offer a personalized and humanized support experience to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and their concerns are addressed. Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to vehicle monitoring systems. Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders, ensuring that all interactions are clear, concise, and respectful. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in vehicle monitoring and support, ensuring that your skills and knowledge are current and relevant. Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise to deliver exceptional results. Adaptability: Be adaptable and flexible, willing to adjust to changing priorities and requirements, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, information technology, or a related field. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as customer support, technical support, or a related field. Skills: Proficiency in Portuguese and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with vehicle monitoring systems and technologies, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly. Certifications: None required, but certifications in a related field, such as ITIL or CompTIA A+, are desirable.
