Assistant Quality Control

Main activities :
- Actively animate the quality management system on site
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures in force within the company
- Manage the release of finished products
- Manage complaints and non-conformities related to raw materials, packaging… and finished products: cause analysis, identification of corrective actions, follow-up of action plans…
- Participate in writing and validating customer and supplier specifications
- Participate in client validation processes and supplier validation processes
- Update quality service performance indicators
- Ensure the follow-up of compliance actions after internal or external audits
- Actively participate in maintaining our certifications (IFS; FSSC 22000, ISO 9001…)
- Stay informed about technical evolutions related to the company's profession
- Participate in setting up and following control plans: products, environment…
- Ensure the implementation of a relevant quality documentation system
- Participate in designing and deploying efficient quality management tools
ProfileThe quality assurance assistant we are looking for must :
- Hold a degree in the agro-food sector or a quality training
- Have proven experience within an agro-food company in the quality domain
- Master quality tools and methods
- Master references and tools related to food safety (IFS, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP…)
- Master office software and computer tools (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)
- Be rigorous, able to analyze, autonomous, reactive and proactive
- Have good knowledge of English (written/oral)
- Have knowledge of dairy products/processes
