Assisting Foreman Water Treatment

What will you do?

As an assisting foreman, you will ensure that the water treatment process runs efficiently and smoothly, without compromising on quality. You will be responsible for:

• Coordinating and monitoring the entire water treatment process, from intake to delivery;
• Ensuring an efficient workflow, meeting deadlines while maintaining quality;
• Analyzing and resolving complaints; you will investigate these internally and consult with management;
• Working together with and directing colleagues, maintaining a positive work atmosphere and supporting team members;
• Occasionally accompanying drivers to maintain familiarity with the logistics process and customer relationships;
• Actively contributing to process improvements and efficiency.
