Our Idstein location belongs to the Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Eltville, where you can expect a diverse working environment in child and adolescent psychiatry, psychosomatics, and psychotherapy. This includes, among other things, the area of hospital-equivalent treatment (StäB for short), in which we support young patients with intensive treatment needs directly in their home environment.

Starting in 2027, we are looking for you to help build our new StäB team in Idstein.

A responsible role with professional diversity awaits you:

• Child and adolescent psychiatric treatment within the scope of StäB - Independent and professional treatment of patients and their caregivers in the home environment within the hospital-equivalent treatment setting
• Conducting admission, discharge, and family counseling sessions - Carrying out introductory interviews for StäB as well as accompanying admission, discharge, family, and care planning sessions
• Collaboration with relevant institutions - Maintaining contact with schools, youth welfare offices, educational institutions, and courts, as far as this is necessary for the treatment of patients
• Shaping the StäB offering - Active participation in the conceptual further development of hospital-equivalent treatment and existing processes

• You are a resident physician in advanced further training in child and adolescent psychiatry
• You approach young patients and their caregivers with empathy, patient orientation, and flexibility
• You enjoy responsible, independent, and dedicated work in a multiprofessional team
• You possess a Class B driver's license
