INBOUND TELEPHONE ASSISTANCE FOR CLIENTS IN POMEZIA

Etjca S.p.a. Etjca Group S.p.A.– Divisione Contact Center & Customer Care - seeks prestigious Contact Center in Pomezia: Inbound Telephone Assistance for Clients in the telephone sector. THERE IS NO SALES ACTIVITY. - Immediate availability is required. We offer: - Pre-contractual training in person of approximately 10 days with an 9.00-15.30 schedule. After obtaining the suitability, we will proceed with the contractualization. - Initial contract for a fixed-term period of 1 and a half months with possibility of first extension. - Contractual level: CCNL Telecomunicazioni II level (1489.42 euros gross per Full Time --> to be reproporcioned at 20 hours weekly offered) - Part-time contract of 20 hours with possibility of additional hours paid as supplements - WORKING HOURS: Shifts from Monday to Sunday in the following time slot 07.00-23.00 (5 days out of 7) - Place of work: POMEZIA: the activity takes place at the office. After reaching the necessary autonomy (approximately 2 months), there will be 1 day of smart working per week. The following requirements are needed: - Availability to work on shifts - High school diploma - Good dialectic - predisposition to telephone contact - Good knowledge of main computer tools (Excel – Office) - Strong motivation and orientation towards achieving results - Previous experience in customer service - Completing the profile is knowledge of inbound and customer care, strong empathy, flexibility, dynamism, and proactivity. #catcc Etjca Group S.p.A. is authorized to operate from the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies (Aut.
