We are a rapidly expanding company in the coffee sector. For the expansion of our staff, we are selecting new resources to be included in the
Customer Service department
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Telephone and digital management of active customers
• Post-sales support (information, requests, basic technical assistance)
• Order management, customer loyalty and care
• Timely and professional problem resolution
WHAT WE OFFER:
• Guaranteed monthly fixed salary of €1,500
• Initial contract with the possibility of stabilization

REQUIRED REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer orientation and problem-solving
• Good familiarity with digital tools
• Even brief experience in similar roles is welcome
