At us, you design recruiting processes actively with and take over your own projects.
Tasks
- Supporting our customers in defining search strategies and candidate profiles
- Taking over and leading your own customer projects
- Research, identification, and approach of potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn etc.
- Scheduling and coordination of initial interviews
- Preparation of reports
Qualification
- Experience in the personnel department or handling active sourcing
- You are willing to take responsibility
- You are enthusiastic about the banking sector
