The Elbphilharmonie and Laeiszhalle Betriebsgesellschaft mbH is seeking an Assistant (m/w/div.) Personnel Affairs for the nearest possible time.
Assistant (m/w/div.) Personnel Affairs
In part-time (25 hours a week distributed over 5 days).
As an Assistant Personnel Affairs, you will support the team of the Personnel Department in fulfilling their diverse tasks.
Aufgaben
To your responsibility belongs, among other things:

Administration of application procedures:

Scheduling job postings on various portals

Better management using applicant tracking software: confirmations, scheduling interviews, rejection letters

Management of initiative and internship applications

Documented procedures and evaluation of the recruitment process

Administration of sick leave:

Maintenance of sick leave lists

Entry in the time recording system

Notification to the accounting department
-
Follow-up on dates for preventive measures, safety training and various training sessions and documentation in the electronic personnel file

Organization of in-house training for first aid / fire protection

Maintenance of various team lists (website, intranet, organizational chart, EVIS, etc.) upon changes to personnel

Administration of HVV Germany tickets

Subscriber management
-
Billing review
-
Preliminary preparation of changes for payroll processing

Documentation of work processes and creation of guidelines

Protocol management

Filing and general support
Qualifikation
We expect a professional profile:
- a completed vocational training in business administration or comparable experience
- proficient use of MS-Office applications
- very good German language skills in writing and speaking

Your workplace is on the 3rd floor of the Vespucci House at Sandtorkai 71. Unfortunately, the workspaces are not wheelchair accessible and therefore only partially accessible for people with mobility impairments. We would be happy to inform you about the existing barriers.
