Assistant (m/w/d)

For our location in Berlin we are looking for an experienced assistant who brings organizational talent, self-initiative, and DATEV knowledge.

You have a knack for organization, think ahead, and keep the overview even in stressful moments? You bring DATEV experience and are eager to actively shape a tax consulting firm? Then we should get to know each other!

Tasks

What you can expect from us

• You will support our team and management in their daily business and ensure that everything runs smoothly
• You will be the first point of contact for our clients
• You will coordinate appointments, take over communication with clients & authorities, and keep deadlines in mind
• You will take care of office organization, help with internal projects, and prepare meetings
• You will also get involved in financial tasks such as invoicing and payment monitoring
• You will be the central interface for organizational topics – internally and externally

Qualification

What you should bring

• A completed commercial education (e.g. Office Manager for Business Management)
• 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in a tax consulting firm or in the office management field are desirable
• Familiarity with DATEV – e.g. Unternehmen online, accounting, DMS
• A secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Organizational skills, self-initiative, and a good sense of M
