The Berlin Music Commission eG (BMC) is the network of the Berlin music industry. Over 200 actors from live and recorded music, club culture, entertainment, music tech, education and media are connected here – from freelancers to international players. Together we strengthen the industry and further develop the Berlin music ecosystem.
Tasks
Your Role
You will work together with our communication management across projects for the Berlin Music Commission and our projects Most Wanted: Music and LISTEN TO BERLIN.
We are currently developing our websites and rethinking our communication across all channels.
Website, social media and newsletters should interact strategically more – clearly positioned, contemporary and with strong visibility for the Berlin music ecosystem.
Your Tasks
- Collaboration in the communication of BMC, LISTEN TO BERLIN and Most Wanted: Music
- Content work for website, social media and newsletter
- Support for mailings, campaigns and invitation management
- Social media, especially for the BMC
- Content creation and community management
- Communication support around our events
Qualification
What you bring to the table
- Studies in communication, media, culture, music or comparable
- Interest in the music industry and scene structures
- Textual fluency and a good sense of target groups
- Digital understanding and strategic thinking
- Initiative, structure and team spirit
