Assistant in Engagement Controlling (m/w/d) in Part-time (20 hours/week)

Ventures for almost two decades – with the long-term experience of a Single Family Office and the dynamics of a Venture-Capital-Investor. Since 2024, digital business models in the areas of Artificial Intelligence, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Asset-light IoT have been at the forefront, with a clear focus on the DACH region and Europe.

Tasks

• Support in preparing the monthly engagement report
• Support in preparing the quarterly reports and presentations for internal and external recipients
• Participation in developing and automating internal reporting processes
• Compilation and recording of investment data (new investments) in 'eVenture', our fund software (no prior knowledge required)

Qualification

• Experience in the field of controlling
• Affinity for digitalization and enjoyment of introducing and maintaining new software and tools
• Safe handling of common MS-Office applications, particularly good Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
• Interest in dynamic collaboration with start-ups
• Fluent German skills in writing and speaking
• Good English skills in writing and speakingTeam player mentality, especially in small teams
