Assistant of the State Directorate on a part-time basis (m/w/d)

Your tasks will include: • Providing administrative support to the team, • Assisting with project planning and implementation, • Coordinating meetings and events, • Maintaining records and databases, • Performing other duties as required. Requirements: • Completed vocational training or degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, marketing, etc.), • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, • Excellent communication and organizational skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
