Job description
An established, internationally active industrial company with multiple locations is looking for a motivated and structured Assistant to the Management, who takes over central operational and organizational tasks and acts as an important interface within the company.
Your Tasks- Self-organized organization and coordination of scheduling
- Supporting management in administrative and organizational matters
- Preliminary preparation and follow-up of meetings, including presentations and protocols
- International correspondence as well as cross-departmental coordination with internal departments and external partners
- Travel organization and accounting for business trips
- Preparation and management of decisions, company book and register documents
- Support in patent and real estate management as well as at corporate events
- Management of the vehicle fleet including insurance and damage reports
- Safeguarding a professional office appearance and coordination with external communication partners
Requirements
Your Profile- Completed commercial training or economic studies
- At least 3 years of work experience in a comparable role
- Understanding of business connections within larger corporate structures
- High loyalty, discretion, and sense of responsibility
- Very good organizational, communicative, and interpersonal skills
- Exact, structured, and self-reliant working method
- Very good MS-Office skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is advantageous
- Very good English language skills; additional foreign languages are beneficial
