Assistant to Management (m/w/d)

(Part-time – primarily for afternoons)

Tasks

• Scheduling coordination and electronic calendar management
• Incoming mail processing and distribution to the relevant departments
• Responsibility for administrative processes in the area
• Support with processing and handling of basic services for customers/guests
• Creation of presentations

Qualification

• Banking professional or equivalent vocational training
• Safe, sympathetic demeanor and communicative skills
• Good organizational skills
