• Supporting sales activities and preparing presentations
• Organizing and planning events such as meetings, trade fairs, and other sales-related occasions
• Independent support and relief of the managing director in daily operations
• Coordination, planning, and follow-up of appointments and internal meetings
• Management of internal and external communication of the company

• Strong communication skills and teamwork, combined with the ability to work independently, goal-oriented, and structured, as well as developed organizational talent
• A confident and calm demeanor, accompanied by assertiveness, loyalty, and a positive appearance
• The safe handling of MS Office
• A completed commercial training is advantageous
• Good English skills are an asset
