Tasks

As the right-hand person to management, you'll ensure everything runs smoothly:

• Terminology planning & coordination: Keep your calendar in check, organize meetings, and synchronize all parties involved
• Communication hub: Process emails, filter and forward inquiries, coordinate phone calls
• Bureau organization: Create documents, prepare presentations, take on administrative tasks
• Project takeover: Independently implement projects assigned by management
• Meeting leadership: Moderate and structure meetings
• External communication: Coordinate and communicate with external partners
• Event support: Organize workshops and training sessions
• Project coordination: Network teams, keep deadlines in mind, optimize workflows

Qualification

Organizational talent: You love structure and keep your cool even when handling multiple parallel tasks

• Communication strength: Excellent written and spoken German language skills
