Tasks

As the right-hand person to management, you'll ensure everything runs smoothly:

• Terminology planning & coordination: Keep your calendar in check, schedule meetings, and keep all parties synchronized
• Communication hub: Process emails, filter and forward inquiries, coordinate phone calls
• Bureau organization: Create documents, prepare presentations, take on administrative tasks
• Project takeover: Independently implement projects assigned by management
• Meeting leadership: Moderate and structure meetings
• External communication: Coordinate with external partners and communicate effectively
• Event support: Assist in organizing workshops and training sessions
• Project coordination: Network teams, keep deadlines in mind, optimize workflows

Qualification

• Organizational talent: You love structure and stay on top of things even with multiple parallel tasks
• Communication strength: Excellent written and spoken German language skills
• Proactive work style: You think ahead, take action, and find solutions before problems arise
