Assistant to Management & Operations (m/w/d)

We are a well-established manufacturer in the premium segment for individually manufactured kitchens and furniture with a clear design requirement. In addition to classic country house kitchens, we also realize custom-made sinks and technical furniture solutions (e.g., TV cabinets with lift function).

Our sales are increasingly digital through our own systems and a webshop. At the same time, our business remains strongly project- and detail-oriented.

To further develop, we are looking for someone who takes operational responsibility and ensures that our processes work and continue to develop in everyday life.

Tasks

Your Role

You will take on a central function in the company and work closely with management together.

Your goal is to ensure structure, overview, and reliability in our operational processes.

You will move between systems, numbers, and specific individual cases.

Your Tasks:

• Control and further development of our systems (Shopify, Billbee, internal web applications)
• Responsibility for preliminary accounting (accounting butler)
• Coordination of debtors (customer accounts), creditors (supplier accounts) and inventory
• Ensuring smooth processes in order processing and administration
• Clarification of discrepancies (e.g., invoices, payments, assignments)
• Processing complex individual cases (e.g. complaints, special orders)
• Support with personnel matters and coordination within the team
• Coordination of external partners (e.g. tax consulting, payroll accounting)

A part of the task is to thoroughly follow up on existing topics and tidy them up.

• Interest in digital tools and their interplay
• Solution-oriented thinking and pragmatic action

Experience in individual areas (e.g. e-commerce, accounting or operations) is helpful but not decisive.
