Assistant to the Management (m/w/d) Online Marketing & Operations (Remote)

We are a growth-oriented online marketing agency from Detmold with a focus on E-Commerce and lead generation for B2B service providers. Our claim: measurable results for our customers and sustainable growth.

In addition to our agency, we operate additional own brands, which means we not only work for clients but also actively implement and scale our own marketing and sales strategies.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a entrepreneurially thinking A-Player who will take over the operational daily business with the management and play a central role in the further development of our team.

Tasks

• Operative implementation and support of customer projects in the areas: Web design (e.g. WordPress, Shopify)
  SEO & Performance Marketing
• Google Ads & campaign management
• Closely working with the management on a daily basis
• Independent management and further development of customer accounts
• Analyzing and optimizing ongoing marketing measures
• Co-shaping and optimizing internal processes
• Supporting the build-up and scaling of our team

Qualification

• First experience in online marketing, web design or E-Commerce
• Strong sense of responsibility and independent working style
• Interest in understanding and taking over operational business processes
• Fast comprehension and high willingness to learn
• Structured, solution-oriented thinking
• Safe handling with digital tools (advantage: Google Ads, CMS, Analytics)
