Assistant to the Management (m/w/d) with Real Responsibility

Daniel Herrmann Consulting is a specialized consulting firm for Computer System Validation in the Life-Science Industry. We work for top clients like Johnson & Johnson and Boehringer Ingelheim – efficiently, practically, and unbureaucratically.

We are in an active growth phase and building new business fields parallelly. You will join at a time when a lot is happening – and shape things from the start alongside the management.

Tasks

You will work directly with the management and ensure that organization, communication, and internal processes run smoothly – without micromanagement.

Your responsibility area:

• Independent control of appointments, travel, and follow-ups (business & private)

• Self-responsible customer and partner communication including email management and document storage

• Ensuring a smoothly functioning back office

• Organization of business trips, events, and team formats

• Further development of the LinkedIn account (content implementation with AI tools)

• Coordination of internal processes (vacation, time recording, travel expenses)

• Building and documenting processes in Notion

• Strategic collaboration: setting and tracking quarterly goals

You decide how you implement it – the result is what matters.

Qualification

✔ You work structured, independently, and reliably

✔ You recognize tasks before they are spoken out loud

✔ You don't need constant questions or controls

✔ You communicate clearly and professionally (German & English)

✔ You are digitally savvy (Notion, Monday, Slack, AI tools)

✔ You have already taken responsibility and know how organization works at a high level

✔ You want to make things better, not just manage them

✔ You are interested in strategic tasks
