Tasks

Your role with us

• Strategic Active Sourcing: You support our banking clients in defining search strategies and candidate profiles. Together with our customers, you develop requirement profiles and strategies for Active Sourcing.
• Self-Responsible Customer Projects: You take on selected projects and steer them independently. You work closely with our customers.
• Research & Direct Contact: You identify suitable candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and other relevant channels. With individual, value-based messages, you actively approach talents and accompany them through the first contact.
• Interview Coordination & Process Guidance: You schedule and coordinate initial interviews and ensure a smooth process flow in the recruitment process.
• Reporting & Process Optimization: You create reports that support our continuous development of the recruitment process.
• Social Media Support: You support us in building our visibility in the recruitment field, for example, through social media activities or content around Active Sourcing and talent acquisition.

Qualification

What you bring with you

• Structured, independent working style with attention to detail
• First experience in the personnel department is desirable
• Communication strength and enjoyment of exchanging with customers
• Pleasure in taking responsibility and actively shaping a young company
