Assistant to the Management (m/w/d) Full-time or Part-time

We are Vision4Quality GmbH, a young and rapidly growing software company specializing in the development of camera-based testing systems. Our team is technology enthusiastic and we can only tackle our daily challenges with a strong group. This community strengthens through for example a common lunch or an after-work activity. Tasks

To support the management, we are seeking an engaged and organizationally strong assistant (m/w/d). The position includes various administrative, organizational, and sales-related tasks and serves as a central interface between management, customers, and projects. Tasks include preparing and processing research applications and independently managing projects and customers. Communication skills, safe handling of common office applications, and flexibility round out the profile.

The tasks can only be performed on-site. This position is not remote. If your residence is not in Würzburg and surrounding area but you are planning a move, please note this in your application.
