Your Mission

As the right-hand person of the management, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly:

Tasks

• Scheduling & Coordination: Keep a calendar in order, organize meetings, and synchronize all parties involved
• Communication Hub: Process emails, filter and forward inquiries, coordinate phone calls
• Office Organization: Create documents, prepare presentations, and take on administrative tasks
• Project Takeover: Independently implement projects assigned by the management
• Meeting Leadership: Moderate and structure meetings
• External Communication: Coordinate and communicate with external partners
• Event Support: Organize support for workshops and training sessions
• Project Coordination: Network teams, keep deadlines in mind, and optimize processes
