Aufgaben

• Supporting the management in administrative and organizational tasks
• Supporting project planning and implementation
• Coordinating and organizing appointments, meetings, and events
• Preliminary preparation, creation, and follow-up of presentations and reports
• Maintenance and administration of databases as well as filing documents
• Communication with internal and external contacts

Qualifikation

• Completed commercial training, e.g. in the field of office communication or business management, or a comparable qualification – even lateral entrants are welcome.
• Good organizational skills and a high level of self-initiative
• Multiple years of experience in a similar position desired
• Familiarity with MS Office applications
• Excellent communication skills in German, both verbally and written
