Stückelberger Hörberatung is a successful specialist retail store in the heart of Zurich. The discerning clientele is personally looked after by the owner, Mr. Stückelberger, and this is intended to largely remain the case.
On behalf of Mr. Stückelberger, we are looking for an Assistant Audiologist 60% starting immediately or by arrangement, to complement his team, who will support him with audiological tasks and assistance activities.
Your Tasks:
You will provide courteous, professional reception for customers on the phone and in the store. You will perform service work on hearing aids during regular check-up appointments or take over troubleshooting for problems. During your working days, you will be responsible for the appointment calendar and for the independent management of inventory. You will order hearing aids and accessories, and monitor availability and deadlines. Together with the second assistant, you will ensure a smooth handover of pending tasks. Your working days are ideally from Wednesday to Friday. In this interesting position, you will have no sales targets to achieve. Your most important goal is customer satisfaction.
Your Profile:
You have completed a basic vocational training (MPA, KV, or Hospitality) and have already gained several years of professional experience, ideally in a similar industry. You are versatile, have a winning personality when dealing with customers, and an exceptionally high service orientation. At the same time, you have a good technical understanding.
