We are one of the largest nonprofit organizations with over 120 locations in Lower Austria. Our mission since 60 years: enabling people with disabilities to live independently in the midst of society. Person-centeredness is a crucial part of our corporate philosophy. To strengthen our teams in southern and northern industrial areas, we are looking for an assistant for the Co-Creation Team - 20 hours/week. Your tasks with us: * Support clients of the Co-Creation Team in all organizational and administrative matters * Regular exchange at all locations within a region * Preparation and documentation of these meetings * Accompaniment of the Co-Creation Team during cooperation with management staff and the Inclusion & Innovation department * Accompaniment during the implementation of workshops (dealing with violence, dealing with media) What you bring: * Completed vocational training in the field of social care, pedagogy, etc. * Enjoyment of accompanying people with intellectual disabilities * Completed first aid course * Completed UBV module or willingness to complete this training after joining * Mobility through B driver's license and car * Outstanding social skills and an open and positive attitude * Team spirit, communication strength, reflection, and conflict resolution capabilities What we offer you: * Opportunity to actively bring your ideas and skills into your work * Varied and fulfilling tasks in the context of a crisis-proof industry * Collegial and appreciative teamwork, team cohesion, flat hierarchies, rapid decision-making processes, communication on eye level * Individual and comprehensive support during induction, ongoing exchange in team meetings * Training opportunities and possibility of supervision * An additional vacation day after the first year of service and two additional public holidays (December 24th and December 31st) * Flexible working hour scheduling within our business hours * Claim to special social benefits (dependent on position and institution) such as reduced meals, sabbatical * The salary for the advertised position starts at EUR 1410.05 gross per week.
