I am Moritz Kulman, independent financial and insurance advisor. My working day is characterized by self-responsibility, structure, and the claim to professionally accompany people in the long term. Exactly for that I'm building my team further.

I'm looking for a sales assistant, who likes to actively participate in sales and take responsibility. You support with preparation of appointments, organize sales documents, keep customer data clean, and ensure processes run smoothly. At the same time, you develop your own work and customer area step by step.

This is not about classical administrative tasks or detailed inquiries – but about thinking ahead, taking initiative, and personal growth in sales. Whoever takes responsibility gets scope for action and development opportunities.

Tasks

- Preparation of customer appointments in sales

- Structured maintenance and use of customer and sales data

- Creation of offers, presentations, and sales documents

- Independent appointment organization and sales coordination

- Active participation in sales with clear self-responsibility

Qualification

- Completed education

- Self-assured, positive, and sovereign appearance in customer contact

- Secure handling of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel

- Outstanding communication skills and high customer orientation

- Independent, structured, and reliable work style
